MNYSSF Shooting Event rules:
All participating teams must belong to an organized youth shooting program:
MN State High School Trap League, SCTP, USAYESS 4H, FFA, CMP, Boy Scouts, etc.

Any team wishing to participate in the MidwayUSA awards must be a member of one of the above organizations. All teams must have an active head coach and at least five participants to register event scores and receive endowment awards.

The top five scores from each team will be used for team scores.
Additionally, First, Second, Third place awards and endowment awarded.

All guns cased before and after the event. It is your responsibility for your equipment and firearms during our events. We recommend casing and storing your firearms in a safe place before and after shooting or attending other event activities.

All coaches, participants, parents, etc must have appropriate eye glass and hearing protection during shooting events and activities:

Firearms must be pointed in a safe direction at all times:
All semi-automatic and pump gun actions must be open at all times. Over and under, single barrel and side by side guns must be in the open position unless in a gun rack during event shooting.
All shotgun shells must be 1 1/8 ounce or less of shot:
Only #7.5, #8, or #9 shot allowed.
All coaches and participants are required to exhibit sportsman like conduct:

While at our events, no foul language, outbursts, smoking, running, alcohol usage or abusive behavior are acceptable during shooting events:
All scoring concerns, protests issues will be directed and addressed to the listed shoot directors on site, no arguing with score keepers on the field:
All golf carts, ATV's, push carts and other vehicles must give right of way to participants, be driven in a responsible manner and follow appropriate gun club rules for usage:
YESS4MN reserves the right to disqualify and remove any coach, parent, or participant for inappropriate conduct:
